Allowing you the full power of Geotab, with the lowest costs, GoKey is still the leading option in physically-downloaded systems.  GoKey makes use of a touchkey to download data manually, usually when the vehicle returns to base. The solution is aimed at smaller fleets (less than 10 vehicles) or at those requiring a high level of physical interaction and management.

Vehicle tracking data moves along the following flow:
1. Orbiting GPS satellites send signals to the Geotab Vehicle Unit, which stores up to 5000km of travel
2. When the vehicle returns to “base” the trip-data is downloaded using a Geotab Touchkey, which in turn downloads the data to the computer
3. The user then simply logs onto his software and reviews the data from his vehicles
